Can I book a one-time cleaning?

Yes. We offer flexible one-time cleanings as well as discounted recurring plans (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly).

What's included in the standard cleaning?

Our standard cleaning includes dusting, vacuuming/mopping, sanitizing kitchen and bathroom surfaces, wiping counters, and trash removal. Deep cleaning services can be added upon request.

How do I cancel a booking?

Yes. SuiteNeat can supplement in-house staff by handling resident-requested cleanings, turnovers, or recurring services.

Jobs are offered based on the cleaning partner's availability, location, and service type. Cleaning partners choose which jobs to accept.

What happens if a cleaner cancels or can't complete a job?

Are there fees for cleaning companies to join SuiteNeat?

There are no upfront fees. Cleaning partners receive jobs with no marketing or advertising expenses. SuiteNeat retains a percentage of the service fee after job completion.
